I had no idea about the process with insurance company covering for storm damage… I actually had the owner of the company speak to me with his project managers and walk me through the process after they inspected my roof with a drone. I couldn’t believe everything they said they would do it was done. I had a horrible experience with a contractor before. I decided to use them because the owner was involved and assure that I wouldn’t have to pay a thing until the job was complete. Igor did a phenomenal job managing my home’s project.
